Chatroom:

Chatroom content is completely purged after 15 minutes. Users will be given 15 minutes of chat history when they enter the chatroom. Whilst a user is in the chatroom, messages will be retained for 1 hour. Messages that are older than an hour will be removed so that the size of the chat is manageable. If the user leaves and returns, the system will only be able to obtain the last 15 minutes of chat, resulting in the loss of the previous 45 minutes of messages.

Personal Information:

Details that are required for our services will never be disclosed. This includes things like the email address used during the registration process, or your home address if you buy a product. There are some settings that are optional that allow you to share information via your profile, like mood, location, Skype address etc. If you do not wish to make such information public, feel free to leave them blank.

Emails:

We will occasionally send our members an email to let them know about our event information or special nights on the radio. If you do not wish to receive these emails, they can be turned off on your profile page.

Artists:

If your account has been upgraded to a DJ account, you will have a much greater chance of exposing your profile to the website. Everything is optional though, such as uploading a mix or running a themed show. You can choose to include yourself on the contact page by turning on that setting in your profile (so long as you have an avatar uploaded).
